月明庵位于边山半岛国立公园内，兴建于692年，后屡遭破坏，又几经修缮，现仅存一座小庙。黄昏时分，站在月明庵，可以观看到夕阳西下，彩霞绯红的壮丽风景。同时，在月明庵上又可以将西海的美妙风景尽收眼底。
